Ironhall began as a set of notes between investors who were tired of guides that stopped at the first screen. We wanted the mechanics written down plainly — how access really works, what the account view shows, and how to reach it without getting phished on the way. So we published the desk notes as a guide.

Everything here is written for the person who holds the account, not a call centre. We walk the sign-in and the holdings view in the order the work happens, and we say every time to start at the official site. We are an independent desk; we are not the broker, we give no investment advice, and we hold no real account.
